Winner of “Judges Selection” 2017 Alberta Beverages Awards
The grapes are from vineyards located in the heart of Marlborough’s Central Valley and are harvested in batches determined by the maturity and flavour of the grapes. Each harvested batch is fermented using different yeast strains. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 50º F. After vinification the batches are blended and bottled. Bright yellow with green reflections the wine shows vibrant fruit aromas of ripe gooseberries, citrus fruits, red pepper, and passion fruit.
Tasting Notes: A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that harmoniously blends vibrant minerals, flint and rich tropical nuances. The wonderful aromatics of ripe herbs and palate that exudes guava, green apples and passion fruit are elegantly framed with a refreshing crisp and dry finish.
